After 30 years working in schools as teacher and leader, I set up teacherhead consulting. Working with schools and colleges across the UK and internationally, I support teachers and leaders to improve educational outcomes for young people. Services range from half-day consultancy and conference keynotes, to long-term teacher and leadership development programmes.
If you have enjoyed The Learning Rainforest or find the material in my blog resonates with your interests or needs, take a look at the services on offer below. It could include developing a Baccalaureate model to blend academic and personal development into a wider framework.Read More
The majority of my work is with a few client schools and colleges where I design and deliver a programme of improvement focusing on teaching and learning. A good example is the Teaching for Distinction programme at Oldham College. I can focus on specific departments or support wider improvement across a whole organisation using my knowledge of effective evidence-based practice and experience working with teachers in numerous contexts.Read More
